Israeli Air Force Destroys 20 Sites of the Syrian Army's IT Corps

The Israel Defense Forces Radio reported that the air force destroyed 20 sites belonging to the Syrian Army's IT Corps in a single night.
The radio mentioned that a source stated, "The offensive operations targeted sites containing communication antennas and electronic warfare facilities belonging to the Syrian army, which possessed advanced technological capabilities that were destroyed to prevent them from reaching hostile parties."
The source added that Israeli warplanes conducted these attacks in several areas of Syria, including Damascus, Sweida, Masyaf, Tartus, and Latakia.
For its part, the Israeli newspaper Maariv highlighted that the Israeli Air Force "continued its operations against what remains of the Syrian army, as its aircraft targeted numerous military formations within the country."
Israeli military officials told the newspaper that they "realized last week that the Assad regime and his army were in a state of collapse, prompting the Air Force to take advantage of this opportunity to destroy most of the Syrian army's assets, for fear that weapons and strategic means might fall into the hands of Hezbollah or extremist Islamic groups."
The newspaper noted that "the Israeli army's assessment is that destroying most of the Syrian air defense systems will provide the Israeli Air Force with smooth and secure access should it require executing operations in Iranian airspace."
In a related context, the Syrian government has called on the Security Council to take immediate action to stop Israeli aggressions and force its withdrawal from the areas it has invaded, in a message sent by the Syrian permanent representative to the United Nations, Qusai al-Dahhak, to the UN Secretary-General and the President of the UN Security Council.
