President-elect Donald Trump announced General Keith Kellogg's nomination as his assistant and special envoy to Ukraine and Russia.
Trump tweeted: "Very pleased to nominate General Keith Kellogg as Assistant to the President and Special Envoy to Ukraine and Russia. Keith has led a distinguished military and business career, including highly sensitive national security positions in my first administration."
