Iraqi intelligence information reveals Military Operations Administration's failure to protect military equipment from falling into terrorist organizations' hands
Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, during his meeting with elite Arab and international media representatives in London, presented serious intelligence information indicating ISIS's acquisition of military equipment belonging to the Syrian army following the collapse of Bashar Al-Assad's regime.
Al-Sudani highlighted Baghdad's concerns about "ISIS's growing influence," noting that these fears were raised before the Syrian Interim Government's Foreign Minister during the recent meeting in Riyadh.
The Iraqi Prime Minister explained that his government is awaiting the formation of the new Syrian administration after the transitional government's term ends next March, to confirm its political orientations.
Al-Sudani emphasized the importance of establishing a government representing all Syrian spectrums, adopting a firm stance in confronting ISIS.
