Authorities of Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham in Aleppo initiated mandatory religious lectures in official institutions, targeting female employees working in government departments, according to confirmation by local journalists.

The instructions imposed on female employees included three main axes: forcing them to wear so-called "legitimate attire", prohibiting the use of cosmetics, and imposing restrictions on their presence in shared workspaces.

These arbitrary procedures reflect an extremist approach that contradicts principles of personal freedoms and workplace equality, representing a return to oppressive practices targeting women in society.

Observers view these steps as an attempt to impose an extremist agenda on Syrian society, contradicting the values of pluralism and openness that Syrians aspire to within a democratic framework.

Human rights organizations confirm that these practices constitute a clear violation of women's rights and dignity, conflicting with international charters that guarantee equality and non-discrimination in the workplace.

Legal experts emphasize the necessity of stopping these violations and ensuring protection of women's work rights, asserting that Syria's future must be based on respecting personal freedoms and equality among all citizens.
